To create advertisement, share with IT coordinator for
website and circulate internally and externally.
To collect CVs and short listing of all positions
To conduct and prepare interview and test in consultation
with relevant manager of non-managerial staff in HO and ROs.
To provide all staff members with an up to date appointment
letter, contract or ToR.
To brief new staff members about KK and to introduce them to
all in HO.
To update the staff database and the staff files on
To inform all units and sections by formal communication
about any changes in staff.
To inform managers timely about due annual appraisal and
probation review and to collect concerned signatures
To prepare monthly salaries of all KK staff after getting
details from regions.
To collect time sheets from all staff including regions and
keep the record of it.
To remind PM-HR about the probation review and performance
appraisal of staff.
To actively fill non-managerial positions in the set time
frame with the best available candidate for KK by following
the set recruitment policies and provide updates regarding
recruitment to the line manager on a monthly basis.
